Read the proposal alongside the equipment description
A product label is not a complete rental specification. Identify the features and arrangements you are comparing. Two standard units can come with different rental arrangements. Ask which supplies, visits and transport items are included, and what would change if use increases. Keep the proposed equipment and service scope together when comparing offers instead of using a single headline figure.
What a standard cabin is for
Use a standard porta potty when people need a self-contained outdoor toilet and do not need the amenities of a trailer. Tell us about the users, how long they will be on site and any indoor restrooms that are genuinely available to them.
Do not assume a sink is included
A basic cabin, a sink-equipped cabin and a separate handwashing station are different choices. Ask which facilities the proposed model includes. If soap-and-water washing is part of the requirement, add it explicitly to the conversation.
Choose the rental, not just the cabin
Review toilet-paper replenishment, cleaning visits, access and collection. The same type of unit can need a different service arrangement on a busy worksite than at a short private gathering.
Your Rowlett enquiry checklist
- Who uses it at the busiest time?
- Is separate washing needed?
- Can service access stay open?
Rowlett enquiries should identify the property receiving equipment and a contact who can discuss the layout. The nearby-city pages keep the existing listed locations available without assuming every address has the same delivery conditions.
